By accessing or using CraftAI Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, discontinue use immediately.

2. Service Description

CraftAI Platform provides AI-powered workflow automation services including:

  • Workflow creation, management, and execution
  • REST and GraphQL API access
  • Real-time analytics and monitoring dashboards
  • Data pipeline orchestration

Services are under active development. Features and availability may change.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

  • Provide accurate and current information
  • Maintain credential security
  • Report unauthorized access immediately
  • Accept responsibility for all account activity

3.2 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have legal guardian consent to use our services.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations
  • Process illegal or harmful content
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls
  • Reverse-engineer platform components
  • Resell API access without authorization
  • Generate spam or malicious traffic
  • Interfere with platform infrastructure

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Platform

All platform code, design, and documentation are owned by CraftAI Platform and protected by IP laws.

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of workflow configurations and data you process. You grant us a limited license to operate the service on your behalf.

5.3 Outputs

Subject to your plan, you own outputs generated by your workflows. You are responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

6. Billing

6.1 Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6.2 Price Changes

We provide 30 days notice for pricing changes. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

6.3 Cancellation

Cancel anytime. Access continues through the current billing period.

7. API Terms

  • Keep API keys confidential
  • Respect rate limits per your plan
  • Implement appropriate error handling
  • Do not redistribute API access

8. Disclaimers

Service Provided "As Is"

We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation
  • Accuracy of AI-generated outputs
  • Correction of all defects

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CraftAI Platform's liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Violation of these terms
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Legal or regulatory requirements

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes

We may modify these terms with notice. Material changes are communicated via email and in-app notification.
